To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a further statement on the outcome of the issues which arose during the United Kingdom's presidency of the EC.

Yes. I have placed in the Library a document produced by the Cabinet Office which gives details of the achievements of the United Kingdom presidency of the Community, from July to December 1992.
