§ Mr. Robin SquireInformation on the number of employees of each local education authority is compiled by the Local Government Management Board from data collected on behalf of the Joint Staffing Watch. The table shows the total numbers of teaching staff and other education staff employed by the Stockport local authority, both in schools and elsewhere. It is not possible to separate out those among them who were not employed in school.
