§ Mr. KeyThe Department has issued numerous posters and leaflets on this subject and has sent out the leaflets with the reminders issued to motorists when they need to tax their vehicles. We have also revised the section on parking in the new edition of the "Highway Code" so that it makes it clear that vehicles should not be parked on the pavement.
