Mr. Denham

To ask the Secretary of State for Health on how many occasions, during the period that he was chief executive of the NHS management board, Sir Leonard Peach signed documents indicating that he would have no personal involvement in any action of the NHS management board regarding the purchase and use of information technology systems on the ground of potential conflict of interest; and if she will provide a list of those occasions and the contracts to which they referred.
