§ Mr. NorrisThe Department has responded to various sections of the media to the effect that the Channel 4 TV programme "Dispatches" broadcast on 8 December has not produced any material evidence on the loss of the Marchioness which was not considered by the marine accident investigation branch inquiry in 1989.
