§ Mr. BowisSince the launch of the "Keep Warm Keep Well" campaign in mid-October 1993, the freephone telephone inquiry line has received 8,783 calls for advice or information, and 28,938 individuals and organisations have requested supplies of the "Keep Warm Keep Well" brochure, copies of which will be placed in the Library.
