§ Mr. JackAs I informed the House in the annual fisheries debate on 14 December,Official Report, columns 894-936, valuable work has been done by the National Federation of Fishermen's Organisations on technical conservation. I will discuss these ideas with the industry and will wish to see what part it can play in balancing conservation and fishing effort and meeting our Community obligations.
