§ Mr. HanleyNo stocks of depleted uranium projectiles are kept at test and evaluation establishment West Freugh. No DU trials have taken place there since 1990 and we have no plans to hold any more.
The stocks held at T and EE Kirkcudbright vary depending on the nature of a particular trial and the intensity of the trials firing programme. On 15 December 1993, 111 rounds were held at the range in anticipation of a number of trials.
