To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer by how much he estimates the cumulative tax increases since last March will cost the average family from(a) April 1994 and (b)

On average, the main tax related changes will cost households around £5.30 a week from April 1994, and an additional £3.30 a week from April 1995.
