§ Mr. JackPayment of the first and second advance of premium under the 1993 sheep annual premium scheme in the United Kingdom has already been made in respect of 82 per cent. of the claims received. Outstanding advance payments will be made to producers as soon as we are satisfied that the claims meet the requirements of the scheme.
