§ Mr. YeoI was very pleased to be able to present the awards and certificates to the winners of Green Initiative sponsored by KPMG and theLocal Government Chronicle, and my Department will be happy to continue its support for the 1994 competition. We have no plans jointly to commission research with the winners, though we shall be interested to follow the progress of their schemes.
