§ Mr. MorleyTo ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what measures she intends to introduce to implement article 12(4) of the EC habitats and species directive (92/43/EEC) which requires member states to ensure that incidental capture and killing of dolphins, whales and other cetaceans in fishing gear does not endanger the population of those species.
