§ Mr. SpearingTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport what consideration he has given, as a part of the policy of Her Majesty's Government in respect of the organisation Keeping London First, to requiring operators of private bus companies bidding for future bus route franchise contracts with London Transport to retain a standard form of bus livery or permitted variation thereof.
§ Mr. NorrisI am aware of the support which has been expressed for the retention of a red livery for buses in London. LT has no current plans to require private bus operators to conform to a standardised bus livery.
