§ Mr. Nicholas Brown
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what are the latest estimates of(a) original, (b) gross, (c) disposable and (d) post-tax income, by decile, in the United Kingdom.

§ Mr. Nelson
The latest figures on the basis requested are for 1991 and were published in the May 1993 edition ofEconomic Trends. Estimates for 1993 will be published in due course when the 1993 Family Expenditure Survey is completed and processed.

§ Mr. Nicholas Brown
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is the estimated(a) mean and (b) median, (i) original, (ii) gross, (iii) disposable and (iv) post-tax income in 1993–94 in the United Kingdom.

§ Mr. Nelson
The latest estimates of original, gross, disposable, and post-tax income, by decile group, are for 1991 and were published in the May 1993 edition ofEconomic Trends. Estimates for 1992 will be published in the January 1994 edition of Economic Trends.
The estimates are derived from the Family Expenditure Survey.
