§ Mr. RedwoodResponsibility for appointing(a) chairs and (b) members of the boards of the executive non-departmental public bodies sponsored by the Welsh Office rests with the Secretary of State for Wales, with the exception of the Royal Commission on Ancient and Historical Monuments whose appointments are made under royal warrant.
