§ Mr. Portillo[pursuant to his answer, 7 December 1993, c. 133]: I also visited Madrid from 24 to 27 September, where I delivered a speech to the British Hispanic Foundation about growth, competitiveness, unemployment, and United Kingdom attitudes to the EC. The cost to the taxpayer of this visit was £480.
