§ Mr. ForthI visited a number of schools in Bolton at the invitation of my hon. Friend the Member for Bolton, North-East (Mr. Thurnham). The programme for my visit was organised by my hon. Friend's office and I was very happy to follow it. The authority was informed of my forthcoming visit by a headteacher of one of the schools involved. If visits are arranged by my office, it is normal practice to involve the local education authority from the start.
