§ Mr. AtkinsErnst and Young were not commissioned to produce a report for the Industrial Development Board into the reasons why overseas companies have invested in Northern Ireland. They were used, however, by the IDB to extend the work undertaken for the Invest in Britain Bureau to produce a reference document which could help the IDB sell the Northern Ireland business opportunity in a very competitive environment. I regret that this information is for internal use only and it would not be appropriate to have the document placed in the Library.
