Whether they will make a statement on the outcome of the recent meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers in Brussels concerning "Partnership for Peace".
§ The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Chalker of Wallasey)NATO Foreign Ministers discussed the "Partnership for Peace" initiative in relation to the forthcoming NATO Summit in Brussels on 10th-11th January. They welcomed it, and agreed that it provides a key element in the approach to be adopted by the Summit on the further enhancement of NATO's relations with the countries of central and eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
