§ Mr. ForthConsultative draft guidance on the new arrangements for sex education in schools in England was published on 6 December 1993, inviting comments by 18 February 1994. The draft guidance places sex education in schools firmly within a moral framework. Copies have been placed in the Library. We intend to issue the guidance in final form to schools next spring.
