§ The Attorney-GeneralThere are no dedicated sensitive documents units in the Department for which I am responsible. The handling of sensitive documents forms part of the responsibilities of the departmental records officer for each of the Departments and they carry out their duties in accordance with the guidelines in chapter 9 of the open government White Paper.
