§ Mr. HanleyThe reports referred to are part of a routine programme of environmental radioactivity surveys which is carried out by the Defence Radiological Protection Service around all berths in the United Kingdom and dependent territories that are used by nuclear powered warships. In each case, the findings demonstrate that there has been no radiological hazard to any member of the public as a result of nuclear powered warship operation.
