§ Mr. YeoRegarding publication of the Government's sustainable development strategy for the United Kingdom and the other documents following the earth summit at Rio, I refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my right hon. Friend to the hon. Member for Stroud (Mr. Knapman) on 2 December 1993, at column656. The third report in the series, "This Common Inheritance", which will take account of the strategy, will be published shortly afterwards. We shall lay the documents before the House in the normal way.
