HC Deb 07 December 1993 vol 234 cc142-3W
Mr. Cousins

To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will publish a table showing for each LINK programme(a) its year of commencement, (b) its total expenditure, (c) its expenditure in each year of operation, (d) the number of projects in each programme and (e) the planned expenditure for 1993–94.

Mr. Waldegrave

I have been asked to reply.

The table shows Government expenditure for each LINK programme. Figures given for 1993–94 are for the period April to September 1993; the whole year expenditure estimate is £30 million. Government expenditure on LINK programmes is at least matched by industry.
