§ Mr. David DavisThe citizens charter unit has received a number of representations from the Central Transport Consultative Committee on all aspects of the passengers charter, with particular reference to BR's standards and compensation arrangements. We appreciate the value of the CTCC's observations in ensuring that the passengers charter really does meet passengers' needs.
