To ask the President of the Board of Trade on how many occasions since 1990 Her Majesty's Government have informed the appropriate safeguards authorities of its putting into effect clause 14 of the United Kingdom-EURATOM-International Atomic Agency trilateral safeguards agreement.

In accordance with the arrangements under article 14 of the United Kingdom-Euratom-IAEA tripartite safeguards agreement, 46 advanced notifications of withdrawal of nuclear material from safeguards have been made since 1 January 1990.
