Mr. Milburn

To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many senior managers in the national health service there were on each spinal point 1 to 30; what was the flat salary on each point; what was the annual cost of employment per whole-time equivalent on each point in each year since the introduction of these grades; and what was the number of unit general managers in groups 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the number of district general managers in groups 1, 2 and 3, the salary range in each group and the annual cost of employment per whole-time equivalent in each group in each year since the introduction of these grades.
