Mr. John M. TaylorThe Lord Chancellor has today laid before Parliament a consultation document, "Looking to the Future: Mediation and the Ground for Divorce", which canvasses a number of options for divorce law reform and the greater use of family mediation. The Lord Chancellor hopes that the document will stimulate a wide-ranging and informed debate about this important subject.
