§ Mr. BowisThe current requirement is for at least 85 per cent. of the social security transfer element of the special transitional grant to be used on community care services provided by the independent sector. We have received a number of representations from the independent sector, local authorities and others, all of which have been considered carefully. Details of the grant conditions for 1994–95 will be announced shortly.
