Mr. Devlin

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will notify Billingham Bombers Ltd. that Igor Slavinsky, Ref. S80 79 56, can now have a work permit to play ice hockey;

(2) if he will approve a work permit for Igor Slavinsky, Ref. 9320830/FHY, to play ice hockey for Billingham Bombers.

I wrote to my hon. Friend on 30 November informing him that I had decided to grant Mr. Slavinsky's application to remain and work exceptionally outside the immigration rules.
