§ Mr. StewartInformation relating to the community action programme is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Employment. The learning for work programme started in August and consequently it is too early for reliable management information to be available. Information on the numbers of people participating in training for work, the business start-up scheme and youth training in Scotland in each month since March, based on the latest returns available for publication, is set out in the table:
