§ Mr. AllenTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list each country whose nationals will need a visa to enter the European Union under the proposals put forward on 24 November by the European Commission.
§ Mr. Charles WardleThe European Commission has not yet published its proposals in respect of the list of countries whose nationals must be in possession of a visa when crossing the external borders of the member states. When it does so, they will be made available to Parliament in accordance with the normal scrutiny arrangements.
