(3) what monitoring the medical devices directorate carries out to ensure that all hospitals comply with medical alerts.
§ Mr. SackvilleWe have no plans to issue guidelines to the medical devices directorate on monitoring of centres which receive alerts. The medical devices directorate currently has no powers to require a response to, or compliance with, safety warnings and we have no plans to grant such powers. The medical devices directorate does not monitor compliance with medical alerts sent to hospitals.
