§ Mr. MacGregorI received representations on the proposed draft resolution on competition and maritime transport both from individual United Kingdom shippers and from organisations representing shippers and shipowners; those representations were carefully considered. The Council of Ministers meeting on 29 November decided not to proceed with the resolution.
