§ Sir Keith SpeedTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport what motorway service facilities open 24 hours a day will be available on the M20 motorway in time for the opening of the channel tunnel to passenger traffic.
§ Mr. KeyPlanning consent has been granted for motorway service areas—MSAs—on the M20 at Hollingbourne and Westenhanger. Neither is expected to open by May 1994. On completion, both will be required to guarantee 24-hour access, fuel availability, free parking and toilet facilities.
