§ Mr. YeoThe document was prepared by the United Nations Enviroment Programme—UNEP; scientists in the Department were not involved in its preparation. As well as summarising the latest information on the effects of the conflict, the document refers to studies by 12 United Nations agencies to which the United Kingdom contributed. A copy of the document is being placed in the Library of the House.
