§ Mr. BaldryThese proposals form an application for planning consent for reserved matters made to Blaby district council. The council resolved to grant outline planning permission in 1991, subject to the completion of a planning agreement covering highway works. An acceptable use of the land has therefore been established and the circumstances do not justify the unusual step of calling in this application.
