§ Mr. LangResponsibility for completion of neighbour notices rests with the applicant. It is intended that the description given of the proposed development should be consistent with the information on the planning application636W form. However, there is no requirement for it to match exactly. If it comes to light that there is a general problem on this matter, I will of course be willing to look into it.
