§ Sir George YoungThe statutory responsibility for the regulation of registered housing associations rests with the Housing Corporation, which monitors associations' performance to ensure they are effectively managed. If my hon. Friend has specific concerns about the management of an individual association, it would be appropriate for these to be referred to the Housing Corporation to consider.
