§ Mr. GoodladWe expect to spend about £24 million in the full year 1993–94. This will be mainly technical co-operation and financial aid as part of aid and trade provision allocations. Our funds are spent mainly on projects that promote educational development, forestry conservation, energy efficiency and improved public administration and help with provision of infrastructure in the transport and other sectors.
