§ Mr. GoodladThe United Kingdom has committed £40.3 million to the global environment facility (GEF). Of this, we contributed £4.4 million in financial year 1991–92 and £5.4 million in financial year 1992–93 as requested by the GEF. Our contributions in 1993–94 onwards will continue to depend on the requirements of the GEF for the year in question.
