Notes:

The figures for UKTSSA do not include money allocated for reimbursement of donor hospitals as the money does not contribute to the running costs of the organisation. The UKTSSA in effect manages the funds used to reimburse donor hospitals for maintaining cadavers prior to transplantation, for the Department.

The figures for 1992–93 are subject to validation by audit. The figures for 1993–94 are initial allocations, which will be added to by in-year adjustment, as appropriate.

The CBLA became the NBA with effect from 1 April 1993.
