§ Mr. Beggs
To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, pursuant to his oral answer of 21 January,Official Report, columns 488–89, when he now expects to announce the non-fossil fuel obligation quota for Northern Ireland; and if he will make a statement.

§ Mr. Atkins
Subject to approval by the European Commission, I expect to announce details of a non-fossil fuel obligation for Northern Ireland in the early summer.
