§ Mr. StewartDecisions on the future of residents of the national epilespy centre are matters for Quarrier's Homes, which runs the centre in conjunction with those local authorities and health boards which have responsibility for the residents. Proposals for the future should be set out in the relevant local authority and health board community care plans.
