§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave him on 27 April at column370 regarding the representations we have repeatedly made on human rights grounds. These included proposals to introduce habeas corpus legislation as well as urging a review of the powers of Malawi's traditional courts.
