§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe have no plans to make an additional cash donation to the United Nations department of peacekeeping operations. We are, however, providing 4 Army majors to the secretariat to assist with military aspects of planning and conducting peacekeeping operations, at no cost to the United Nations.
