Mr. Shersby

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many prosecutions have been initiated by the Crown prosecution service during 1992 of persons suspected of being involved in bogus marriages.

The Crown prosecution service does not maintain records of its cases by reference to categories or type of offence.
