asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether the services of the maps offices administered by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food will be available to farmers to assist with the preparation of the forms and related information required by the Integrated Administration and Control System.

It is not practicable to provide individual farmers with access to maps held in Ministry offices. The Ordnance Survey have recently announced, following a meeting with the Minister and the President of the National Farmers Union, that additional sources of maps and mapping advice for farmers are now available.
