HC Deb 23 April 1993 vol 223 c215W
Mr. Corbyn

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many metropolitan police officers made applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for injuries incurred on duty since 1987; and how much was paid each year;

(2) what percentages of total awards made by the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board in each year since 1987 were made to (a) police and (b) non-police.

Mr. Jack

I regret that the available records do not separately identify applications from, or payments made to, the police or other occupational groups.
