§ Mr. MackinlayTo ask the Prime Minister to what extent the new sanctions against Serbia Montenegro prevent or limit British nationals, or public relations consultancies based in the United Kingdom, from promoting or representing in the United Kingdom the interests of(a) the Government of Yugoslavia, (b) the Government of Montenegro, (c) the Government of Serbia and (d) the Bosnian Serb leadership.
§ The Prime MinisterUnited Nations Security Council resolution 820 of 17 April 1993 prevents British nationals or public relations consultancies based in the United Kingdom from promoting or representing in the United Kingdom the interests of the Governments of Serbia and Montenegro.
